Terms and Conditions of Hire

 

  1. General Rental Information

The renter and the driver have to be in possession of a valid driving license.

Please show a valid ID card or passport at time of pick up.

 

  2. Age Restrictions

Minimum age is 23 years old and the driver has to be in possession of a valid driving license for at least 3 years.

A surcharge of 6 Euro per day applies for drivers under 23 years old with 3 years license.

 

  3.  Reservation, Cancelation and Extension of Rental

Car is booked by the group type. We will do everything possible to meet our customers’ needs; however preferences are subject to availability at the time of rental. A confirmation of booking will be normally sent via e-mail within 12-hours of the booking request.

 

  A cancellation of the booking will be appreciated as soon as possible and not latest 48-hours before a rental day.

If you wish to extend your rental, please call to contact telephone number 24 hours before the agreed date of termination, it is important that the Company office is informed immediately so that insurance coverage is extended.

 

 

  4. Conditions of Payment

We accept cash and all international debit and credit cards for payment.

 

  5. Special information

Please be informed, a credit card must be presented at the time of rental as guaranty. Other solution of guaranty can be discussed by telephone and e-mail.

 

  6. Rates included:

  • the Value-added tax (V.A.T.) is included in the rates.

  • unlimited mileage

  • road maps

  • third party insurance

  • change of car in case of mechanical breakdown

  • 24-hours service

 

  6a. Additional information:

One day rental:

  • surcharge in amount of 10 Euro for groups: A, B, C, D

  • surcharge of 15 Euro for groups: E, F, G

  • surcharge of 25 Euro for groups: H, I, J

One way fee: a surcharge is 25 Euro - 50 Euro depending from distance

 

  7. Delivery and collection

We offer free delivery and collection within city limits and airports; out of city limits are charged 25 Euro and 50 Euro for mountain resorts each way.

 

  8. Cross Border Rentals

According to the Insurance Company Law, cars taken to the Turkish Occupied Area are not covered by any insurance in the Republic of Cyprus and there is a full responsibility of renter.

 

  8.1 Off-road and under body of car are not covered by any insurance.

 

  8.2 Lost key is not covered by insurance. The renter will be responsible for any loss or damage of key.

  8.3 Traffic Fines: All traffic fines incurred during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.

  8.4 Petrol: Petrol is not included in rates and must be paid by the renter.
